That was the week that was - March 12th - 19th


Exciting news from the FatsoNoMo front - our team eked out a paltry loss of 1.6 pounds.

However, as limited as our loss was this week.

#1 - it is a loss after all, and

#2 - the 75% of our members who did not lose anything are probably ready to show big losing numbers next week!

Until then, we are feasting on salads, left over quiche and, well, you know the other stuff, like brownies, cookies and ice cream cones from McDonalds in Lake Geneva. I can't figure out why I am not losing more weight.

In the meantime remember - FatsoNoMo forever!!!

Beware of the Ides of March - eat righter and be lighter

I have just invented our new theme for this important day in history.

Remember what Ceasar famously said on the Ides of March - eat righer and be lighter!

How exactly we place all this in its correct historical context, I haven't a clue, but in my capacity as unpaid Editor/Factotum/Grand Enumerator for our fabulously popular website, I give myself a fair amount of poetic license.

One whole week - one little pound

One little pound - The South Side Duo lost a total of 4 pounds while the couple from down the hill gained 3. The rest of our crew stayed the same.

Yikes!

We were doing so well last week and here we are losing less than 2 ounces on average per FatsoNoMo member, this week.
